PMKVY is a scheme launched by our honorable Prime Minister Mr. Narendra Modi. This scheme falls under Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship (MSDE) to provide employments to a large number of youths in India. PMKVY stands for Pradhan Mantri Kaushal Vikas Yojana Scheme which makes India employed till year 2022. This was introduced in India on 15th July 2015. There are around 219 job fields for preparation of youths for job.

#What is a Training center?

This is basically a place where students get enrolled and get their preferred training for a special field. They hold lots of responsibilities and is one of the most reliable PMKVY training center that forms a bridge between government and students. Monetary amount of Rs. 8,000 will be provided to the student after completion of the course.

As on 23rd March 2017, there are total 2150 PMKVY training centers that are operating across the country. Highest numbe of 356 PMKVY training centers are seen in Uttar Pradesh and 257 in Rajasthan.

Eligibility for PMKVY: 10th/12th pass or College dropouts.

#Responsibilities of a PMKVY Training center:

  1. They be needed a safe and secured environment will of the facilities in accordance to PMKVY guidelines.
  2. Proper branding of PMKVY is a must.
  3. They are responsible for making attendance of students.
  4. Quality training is a part of scheme.
  5. Training center needs to be sure that student will be appearing for assessment.
  6. Proper placement and benefit to project are some of the key factors they must care for.

The candidate can apply for multiple courses as well and age should be between 14 to 35 years old.
